Call for Art & Illustrations
The Liar is seeking illustrations and other artwork for publication in our 2026 issue!
Capilano University’s literary magazine, The Liar, will be accepting design submissions for our Haunted Issue until Monday, February 16! We invite you to submit your original visual work—paintings, drawings, photography, and more. We have space for a limited number colour images, and unlimited space for black & white and greyscale designs.

The submission deadline is 11:59pm on Monday, February 16.

We accept visual art including photography, traditional, digital, hybrid, and experimental work.
We do not accept work created using Generative AI.
All art should be submitted in high resolution (300dpi or higher) with the extension .JPG, .TIFF or .PNG.
